The Things We Say

These are the things that I say to myself every morning. The more I say them, the more I believe them. I am becoming more and more myself every single day. If any of these resonate with you, I encourage you to use this list (or start your own!) and begin speaking love, beauty, and faith into your own life. I know this practice has radically changed the way I see the world and, I think, the way the world sees me. Life is beautiful!

• I am a big smile factory.
• I deserve love, and so do all the people around me.
• I am healthy and I'm clean!
• I am wealthy, and I am provided for without having to suffer.
• I am wealthy in every sense of the word ~ more than money, gold, and material.
• I'm rich in spirit and rich in love.
• I make money in my sleep! I get paid to exist.
• Money flows easily into my life. The Universe delivers the goods.
• I am so grateful.
• I go to sleep when I get in bed, and when I wake up I get up.
• I am a spiritual being in a physical body.
• My energy is flowing strongly.
• My cup is overflowing.
• I have a big smile on my face.
• I feel the love in my heart.
• The light in me recognizes the light in all other beings.
• I feel no pain and no discomfort.
• I am at peace.
• I’m safe in my own body.
• My focus is my domain.
• I am not responsible for other people's thoughts, feelings, or emotions. That's their stuff ~ not my stuff.
• I do the things that I say I’m going to do.
• It’s okay to make mistakes.
• I am kind to myself.
• I give myself grace.
• Life is so beautiful.
• I’m full of joy and I am relaxed.
• The universe works for me.
• I get the things I need to thrive, right on time.
• I do not rush. Everything I want is coming to me. I accept myself, and I accept all that happens.

• I am not afraid. Fear is a lie.
• I am courageous and strong.
• I act now. I do not delay. I trust my instincts.
• I move boldly. I correct as I go.
• My thoughts, words, and habits attract endless riches.

• Happiness is my birthright. Creation is my inheritance.

• We let go of everything holding us down and we allow ourselves to rise up.
• We don’t worry about the future, we live today.
• We don’t relive the past, we live today!
• Every day is a beautiful adventure!
• We know exactly what we want, but we don’t know exactly how it’s going to happen. That is okay, we don’t try to control things like that.
• Everything I desire is arriving in my life this very instant.

• I’m fully awake and alive!
• Every detail of this day is falling into divine order.
• All of the blessings are already mine. I possess them now!
• I stand in absolute awe and gratitude for all of the blessings that reveal themselves today.
