For a Studio inquiry, review the Expert-to-Essay Publication Sprint . The guided form prepares an email to support@outsideinprint.org ; it does not send the message for you. Do not email attachments or source files until Outside In Print requests them.
Email support@outsideinprint.org for help with EPUB delivery, reader support, a refund, cancellation, privacy request, or storefront policy.

What to include
For transaction help, include the Square order, payment, or subscription identifier and a short description of the problem.
Do not email a full card number, card-security code, password, government identity document, tax credential, or account-recovery code.
